Sylvester Stallone's suspicions about the fight between Mike Tyson and Jake Paul

Sylvester Stallone has given his opinion on the boxing fight between Mike Tyson and Jake Paul, which he suspects of having been arranged in favor of the Youtuber.

The fight between Mike Tyson and Jake Paul has been talked about a lot. And he's still talking almost a week later. While the heavyweight legend lost last Friday, unanimously by the judges at the end of the eight rounds, many voices were raised to denounce a match fixed based on several videos relayed on the social networks. Suspicions shared by Sylvester Stallone.

In a message posted on his Instagram account, the 78-year-old actor estimated that Mike Tyson (58 years old) would have spared Jake Paul (27 years old). “Business is business. Sometimes you have to sacrifice things for the sake of your family. I have known this incredible athlete since he was 19 and what we saw was him giving one of the best performances of all time, worthy of the Oscars,” wrote Rocky Balboa interpreter.

And according to Sylvester Stallone, “Iron Mike”, who pocketed a check for almost 20 million euros for this fight, would have held back his blows. “Please Jake, be grateful, he spared your life! Trust me…” he added before encouraging the American boxer, who has experienced health problems, not to hang up his gloves.

“Keep hitting Mike. There will never be a man like you, a gladiator like you, and a soul like you! Keep hitting, champion of champions! I remember one time I hit him and I thought I had been hit by a bulldozer going at full speed!!!,” he concluded.

These declarations risk further fueling the debates around a fight which was not lacking in it.
