The two main contenders for the Botola Pro Inwi D1 title, AS FAR and Raja de Casablanca, maintained the status quo in the general classification after their respective victories on Tuesday against Jeunesse de Soualem (3-1) and ‘Ittihad de Tangier (2-1), on the occasion of the 28th day. After these victories, the coach of the military, Nasreddine Nabi, and that of the Greens, Josef Zinnbauer, are more determined than ever to win the last two remaining matches to win the Botola shield.
Botola: A Raja-WAC derby behind closed doors
Considered one of the highlights of the football season Moroccothe Casablanca derby between the two rivals, the Raja and the Wydad, will be played without an audience, as was the case during the first leg of the championship. The coronation matches are played on Sunday, but they are preceded, this Saturday, by important duels for the clubs fighting to stay in D1. This is the case of the red lantern, the Youssoufia de Berrechid, the chances of which will be maintained are very small. The club from the Chaouia region faces the Hassania of Agadir, this Saturday, with the desire to win, but without harboring too many illusions about a possible retention in D1.
