OGC Nice, currently ninth in Ligue 1, has decided to reward Badredine Bouanani for his recent progress by offering him a contract extension.
The information has not yet been made official by the club and the player, but it is as if it was done: Badredine Bouanani will extend his adventure at OGC Nice. According to the newspaper
The Teamthe Algerian international (5 caps) has signed a new lease for two additional seasons. So here he is now linked to French training until 2029.
Already nine matches this season
Arriving two years ago from Lille, the young right winger (19 years old) is rewarded for his good start to the season, with nine appearances already on the clock (seven in Ligue 1 and two in the Europa League). Although he has not yet scored or provided an assist, the Nice player has shown some interesting things and his progress has convinced the Riviera leaders.
Last season, Badredine Bouanani took advantage of his loan to Lorient to flourish in the French championship, with a goal scored in eleven matches. It is now up to him to confirm this potential, under the OGCN jersey but also with the Greens, who qualified for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations on Monday evening.
