During an interview with Topps, the Bayern Munich playmaker has confided that he prefers the career and style of play of Antoine Griezmann to that of Vinicius Junior. The Brazilian international has won two Champions Leagues but his French counterpart has a World Cup under his belt. If the Brazilian from Real wins the Ballon D’Or in 2024, Musiala’s choice could perhaps change.
Musiala could well change his tune in the coming years. His contract expires in June 2026 with Bayern keen to extend it as quickly as possible. The Anglo-German prefers to wait a little longer to decide, coveted by Manchester City, FC Barcelona or Real Madrid in particular.
Without a new lease, his case could be of great interest to the whole of Europe. The year 2025 would represent the last moment for his club to sell him at a good price.
