Running. Hamza El Ouardi still victorious in the Tout court half-marathon

After 2017, 2019 and 2023, Hamza El Ouardi added his name to the winners of the Tout court half-marathon for the fourth time, this Sunday, October 13, 2024. The runner from Stade Rennais athletics won in 1 h 07′ 54”. The Vendée Anaïs Chevrier, licensed at Challans, finished first female in 1 h 18’02”.

Hamza El Ouardi reigned supreme on his favorite playground, the Tout Rennes court half-marathon. Already a winner in 2017, 2019 and 2023, the 35-year-old runner from Stade Rennais was once again imperial in the streets of Rennes this Sunday, October 13, 2024. A time joined by Alexis Guéroc (Entente Athlétique du Pays de Brocéliande), El Ouardi finally took off in the last kilometers and won in 1h 07′. Gueroc finishes 2e in 1 h 08’18”and Giovanni Betin (CPB Rennes) 3e a 1 h 09’15”.

A successful first for Anaïs Chevrier

Among the women, the Vendée Anaïs Chevrier (Challans) won in 1 h 18’02” while she was competing in the first half-marathon of her career, at the age of 23, and she was aiming to run in less than 1 hour 20 minutes. Laure Bertrand (EAPB, 1 h 18’42”) and Fanny Malagré (Pacé en cours, 1 h 19’24”) complete the podium.
