OUR YLA JUNIORS ENSURE, A STOP FOR OUR YLB

Great success for our U21s in classic 1L, 2-0 winners ahead of the FC Sion reserve thanks in particular to a double from Jessé Hautier, who came back down to look for playing time. Our junior A teams continue their momentum and keep the lead in their championship. Note the great success of our women’s M20, 2-0 against Rapperswil!

YS Juniors A – Auday Coffrane Academy : 2-0
“We welcome Audax which has two former YS A inter players in its ranks. We have difficulties in the first 30 minutes. We lack control in getting the ball out and the opponent is efficient in the second balls. An opponent who created four big actions without managing to open the scoring. From the 35th, our game becomes better, we manage to create two chances. We return after the break with better intentions.
We find the opening directly upon returning from the locker room (47th) after a good verticalization. We take the upper hand physically and we only concede one action on a free kick. We double the lead in the 79th, after a high recovery. Ultimately quite a complicated match for us, but we have the merit of having gone for this victory with other means than usual. A very interesting match awaits us next week against SLO, 2nd in the standings, just behind us. » Vincent Lanoix and Mohamed Hamdache, Junior A coaches.

FC La Chaux-de-Fonds – YS Juniors B: 3-2
« For this away match, we decided to rotate the squad. It was a match largely within our reach despite several changes. Unfortunately, the individual performances were not up to par, which is greatly damaging at this time of year. We will continue the work. » Karanmady Dabo, Clément Correia and Maquine Chanfi, Junior B coaches.

Rapperswil Jona – YS Féminin M20 : 0-2
« During this trip to Rapperswil-Jona, we started the match very convincingly, quickly imposing our pace thanks to good control of possession, allowing us to gain the upper hand over our opponents. We quickly achieved our domination with a well-executed corner, headed by our central defender who came up for the occasion. Ten minutes later, a great collective action on the left side ended with a cross to the far post. Our right winger, perfectly placed, cut the trajectory of the ball with a precise recovery to double the lead.
In the second half, FC Rapperswil-Jona changed their strategy, significantly increasing the intensity of their pressing. They tried to destabilize us with long balls played quickly forward, but our defensive block remained compact and well organized. This match allowed us to work on ball management, with some interesting phases of play. This victory gives a boost to the team’s morale and should encourage us to continue working on this path. » Saif Kraiem and Laura Laithier, U20 coaches.

YS Féminin U18 – GC Frauen U18 : 0-7
« Our start is not good compared to the last match and we quickly concede three goals, then we try as best we can to manage the athletic difference
with the opponent during the rest of the match. Note that, during the second half, we were better in intentions with balls, where we were able to create a few chances and almost managed to score (save on the line.) Experience in certain defensive situations came to light. is felt against this GC team composed mainly of final years.
We must learn from defeats to move forward better, continue to work, to support this young group, because the room for improvement is still great. Monday back to work!
» Maxime Champod and Rayan Mehrez, U18 coaches.

Vallée de Joux – YS Féminin FF15: 0-12
« Coming off a cup match won 1-0 during the week against FC Vallée de Joux – which propelled us into the quarter-finals of the BCV cup – it was our turn to travel to them. Unlike Wednesday, the players quickly set the pace and were able to impose themselves on the opposing camp. In addition to the goals, we put our game in place and when the instructions are applied then everything comes together to offer a match with 3 points. Our opponent did not give up but we kept control of the match. » Abdel Kader Bouzidi and Amina Berisa, entrepreneurs FF15.

YS M15 (Team Vaud Yverdon Région & Broye) – BSC Old Boys: 2-2
« After the draw in Carouge, the boys were keen to put in a good match at home, against the second in the standings. First period well controlled on our part, the boys implemented our playing principles and created numerous opportunities. We open the score with a penalty. We should have scored a second goal to return to the locker room with more peace of mind.
In the second half, Old Boys pushed to equalize. We manage to double the lead with a deflected shot. On a counter-attack, the opponent reduces the score. Despite this, the team did not become discouraged and continued to create numerous clear chances without realizing them. At the last minute, on a harmless cross that we couldn’t handle properly, Old Boys finally managed to equalize.
Same scenario as last week for the boys. If the draw against Carouge was a correct result, this time we fully deserved to win. The content of the match leaves us confident for the future. The boys’ frustration must be transformed into motivation for the next meetings. We have two weeks ahead of us before resuming the championship with a trip to Burgdorf to face TOBE, second in the championship.
» Modou Boye, Gabriel Agosta, Noah Monge and Mickael Castejon, M15 coaches.

BSC YB Yellow – YS FE14 (Team Vaud Yverdon Region & Broye): 5-5
« It is never easy to travel to Bern to face Young Boys. Facing a determined team, with very good individuals, our players showed fighting spirit and commitment to lead the score after 60′. A final third much less controlled in the management of emotions, and under constant pressure from the opponent, makes us somewhat regret only coming home with a draw. A very good match despite everything, with a lot of intensity, many offensive possibilities and new experiences to add to everyone’s learning. The group is progressing from week to week, well done! » Nicolas Phommarath, Michel Frutiger, Olivier Wütrich and Mickael Castejon, FE14 coaches.

SR Délémont – YS FE13 (Team Vaud Yverdon Région & Broye): 3-8
« Travel to Delémont for our FE13, determined to apply the work done during the week. The start was catastrophic: after only 23 seconds, we were already down 1-0. In the 2nd minute, 2-0, and in the 6th minute, 3-0. A real cold shower. Despite this, we remained very calm, confident in our ability to turn the situation around. In the space of 20 minutes, we came back to 3-3, thus launching a real offensive festival with very well constructed goals collectively. Final score: 8-3. Be careful, however, not to repeat this type of start again. » Sofian Saudan, Matar Coly, Anthony Tomas and Mickael Castejon, coaches of FE13.

YS M13 – Team La Côte: 9-3
« Ideal start to the match with 3 goals in less than 15 minutes and several clear chances. Then, we somewhat forgot our principles of fast play by limiting touches of the ball. Each player wanted to do a little too much with the ball, forgetting the team game. We made a difference more individually than collectively. The results remain positive with good offensive efficiency and some good goals. For the next matches, against high-ranking opponents, we will need to regain our collective strength in order to continue aiming for 1st place. » Bruno Reymond and Fabrice Prahin, U13 coaches.

YS FE12 (Team Vaud Yverdon Région & Broye) – Team ACGF-GEF: 5-4
« After a difficult start against a Geneva team who showed a lot of intensity from the start of the game, we were able to learn from our mistakes and respond by growing in confidence throughout the game. Great victory which is good for morale for our boys. » Romuald Neves, Jérôme Bertin, Benjamin Wolf and Tiago Parreira, FE12 coaches

Etoile Broye – YS M11: 6-0
« Difficult match this weekend. We came across a physically stronger opponent, who took the upper hand and took advantage of our many unforced errors. » Fouad Rameche and Philippe Abreu, U11 coaches.

YS D1 – Orbe D1 : 9-0
« We started the match with great conviction, we took possession of the ball from the start. Our game was messy at the start, and after a quarter of an hour, we had better circulation of the ball. Aggression and concentration at the top. The 2nd and 3rd thirds were to our advantage, with a high construction of the game in the opposing camp. The team remained focused, great final victory. » Ali Tor, Keven De Brito and Hervé Mathis, D1 coaches.

Bosna Yverdon – YS D3 : 0-4
“Our team dominated the entire match with a convincing performance. Although we won the match with a score of 4 goals to 0, there are still several aspects to improve, including our finishing. At times, we tend to relax and play to the level of our opponent. We absolutely must increase our intensity, both with and without the ball. Let’s continue to work hard, because we are on the right path. » Bruno Mozzillo and Isaac Brasileiro, D3 coaches.
