Both students in BUT Transition Trades and Energy Efficiency (MTEE) in Saint-Lô (Manche) for Antoine Courval and BUT Physical Measurements in Caen (Calvados) for Hugo Poisson, the two 19-year-olds will set off for the 28e edition of the 4L Trophy, “humanitarian sporting and training raid”.

Aboard the 4L that the two young people have completely redone and fitted out
they will undertake a journey of around 6,000 km through several countries, already in France to Biarritz (Pyrénées-Atlantiques) where the departure village will be held. Then a crossing of Spain and finally Morocco at Algecines.

No competition but reaching the end of the adventure
From there, the approximately 1,400 crews will have to find their way, study the roadbookarrive each evening at the bivouac and at the end of the journey, have covered as few kilometers as possible. We will still have technical assistance from around fifty mechanics

Budget the €9,000
In addition to the sporting aspect, the raid has a humanitarian objective and we take school supplies for the children, food as well

For young people who have known each other since high school, it’s a dream that we’ve had for a long time and that we can finally realize
. Until they leave, they still have to make up the budget approximately €9,000 including €3,500 for registration which includes all logistics
. They have already carried out operations such as a lottery, canvassed businesses and are looking for sponsors which will be displayed on our car” and material donations.
