Xiaomi’s POCO C75 is an entry-level smartphone that offers a good technical sheet and a very attractive price, especially during Black Friday where it is 131.90 euros.
Announced on October 26, 2024 and subsequently launched in November of the same year, the POCO C75 joins the list of entry-level smartphones from the brand. An opportunity to buy/offer an inexpensive smartphone with an honest technical sheet which, certainly, does not work miracles, but allows you to enjoy classic everyday apps in good conditions. Especially since it is available at 131.90 euros instead of 151.90 euros at Amazon for the 6+128 GB version, thanks to Black Friday promotions.

An entry-level product that won’t leave you indifferent
Xiaomi’s POCO C75 is therefore an entry-level smartphone, if you don’t have a lot of budget or if you are looking for a smartphone that provides the basics. However, the brand does not treat this subject lightly and offers a solid device that does not make you regret your purchase. Starting with its 6.88″ Dot Drop screen which displays HD+ with a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz and double TÜV Rheinland certification to limit eye fatigue and eliminate flicker. We would have appreciated better definition, but for the price, we forgive it.
Obviously, a large screen means slightly larger than average dimensions. It therefore measures 171.88 × 77.8 × 8.22 mm for 204 g. It is very slightly above average, but still reasonable. Note that this is a 4G smartphone, proof if any were needed that the smartphone is really in the entry-level range. But which is more than enough to do what we ask of it.
Autonomy that pulls it upwards
To function, the POCO C75 is equipped with the Helio G81-Ultra processor, which is also found in the Redmi 14C. It is associated with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of memory. On a daily basis, it is a rather responsive phone, but with small slowdowns here and there. The advantage of this entry-level smartphone is that you can expand the memory with a microSD card. Even the RAM can be increased to 16 GB via virtual expansion.
On the camera side, you have a 50 Mpx main sensor which records in 1080p at 30 frames/second and a 13 Mpx front sensor which films in the same resolution. Finally, the 5,160 mAh battery allows you to use this smartphone for around two days. On the other hand, the so-called “fast” charge is only 18W, so it takes more than an hour to recharge it. Honorable mention for the presence of the 3.5 mm headphone jack, too rare, or even non-existent on the most recent and powerful models.
