Like every day on this Tour of Brittany, we witnessed a lively race on this 6th and penultimate stage. And after the 192.5 kilometers traveled between Saint-Onen-La-Chapelle and Louvigné-Du-Désert, it is Antonin Souchon who imposed himself! Big surprise, since the young Frenchman is not professional and is part of the French N1 of VC Pays de Loudéac. An incredible reward for the 21-year-old rider and his team. Especially since he won this 6th stage under the noses of the best sprinters of this Tour of Brittany.

Antonin Souchon beats Matys Grisel
Despite a steep course and numerous attacks throughout the day, the victory was decided during a massive sprint on this 6th stage. Winner the day before, Matys Grisel was perfectly launched by his team Lotto Dstny Development. Very powerful, the Frenchman seemed to be heading towards a 2nd victory in a row, but it was ultimately Antonin Souchon who rushed to his right to raise his arms, to everyone’s surprise. On the line, Souchon has anticipated Grysel And Zeno Moonen (Wanty-ReUz-Technord).
In the general classification, despite attacks throughout the day, no significant changes to report. Jakob Söderqvist retains the leader’s green jersey, which he will try to defend again this Wednesday on the difficult 7th and final stage between Le Hingle and Dinan (159 km).
