On deck all summer or almost due to a very busy schedule between the Tour de France, the Olympic Games and the Women’s Tour, Laurent Jalabert has been enjoying a well-deserved rest for a few weeks. As usual, the former rider is nonetheless chaining together outings, whether on his bike or in races.
While waiting to return to the France Télévisions commentary booth in a week, the Mazamet native let out a resounding rant on social media. The reason? The intrusion of a hooded individual into his home. The person seemed to only want to take a photo, but the former Vuelta winner did not appreciate it.

” It’s 18 degrees outside at my place. A guy on an electric bike arrives wearing a hood, a fluorescent yellow jacket, black pants, and a blue backpack. He takes a photo of my house before venturing ONTO MY LAND, MY HOUSE, to film my house! he was indignant on Instagram. I have all the footage. Yes, to this asshole and others who would like to do the same thing, the cameras are filming constantly! Teach people to respect their lives and private property. It’s unbearable to see this kind of behavior!»
