Jordan Lotomba (Feyenoord)
Having left at the very end of the summer transfer window for just over 2 million euros while his contract at the Gym ended in June 2025, Jordan Lotomba (26 years old) quickly found a starting place with Feyenoord as right back, whether in the Eredivisie or the Champions League (13 matches in total).
In C1, he notably distinguished himself by being the author of a decisive pass at the Etihad Stadium against Manchester City (3-3) on November 26, after having been absent for a month due to an injury at the ischio. But a week after his return to competition, he suffered a broken lower leg in training. He is therefore away from the field for many more weeks.
Jean-Clair Todibo (West Ham)
With his quality in duels and his speed, he had put Ligue 1 attackers in his pocket under the Gym colors. This is not yet the case in the Premier League, where, in a club which disappoints (only 14th), the 25-year-old French international defender is far from having won his place (8 times starter in 18 appearances on the leaf).
Loaned by the Gym with an almost obligatory purchase option of 40 million (West Ham must not go down), JC, currently affected in the adductor muscles, has still not played under the orders of his new coach Graham Potter, who arrived on January 8 to succeed Julen Lopetegui.
Alexis Claude-Maurice (Augsburg)
Left free by the Aiglons who bought him for 13 million euros from Lorient in 2019, the attacking midfielder joined Augsburg on August 31. In Germany, at 26 years old, ACM is achieving what he never did at OGC Nice: he has earned his starting stripes and is ultra-decisive with the current 12th in the Bundesliga.
In 17 matches in all competitions, he has already scored 7 times and offered 2 assists. He notably scored two doubles, one against Union Berlin very recently and especially another against the “big” Dortmund on October 26 for a prestigious victory for FCA (2-1).
Romain Perraud (Betis)
Last season, on loan from Southampton, he was only Melvin Bard's understudy at the Gym (19 appearances in L1, only twice as a starter). Transferred to Betis Sevilla last summer (he signed until 2029), the 27-year-old left back, despite an exclusion against Alavès on Saturday, is flourishing in La Liga (opposite against Yamal) where he is a starter almost every match since the end of September.
Betis are currently 12th in La Liga.
-Khéphren Thuram (Juventus)
Within a Juventus prone to draws, only 5th in Serie A (13 points behind the Neapolitan leader) but still undefeated in the league, Khéphren Thuram (23 years old) is seriously gaining momentum. Sold for just over 20 million last summer by the Gym, the box-to-box midfielder gained the trust of his coach Thiago Motta throughout the matches.
While he had to be content with a minor role in the rotation until October, he is now an indisputable starter. And he has a string of high-level individual performances as confirmed by his recent double against Fiorentina on December 29 (2-2) and his decisive pass last Saturday during the Old Lady's victory against Milan (2-0). With 2 goals and 4 assists for 26 appearances (19 times starting including 4 times in C1), the king of wild rides is making his debut with a major European club.
Bilal Brahimi (Saint-Trond)
Loaned to Sint-Truiden at the very end of the summer transfer window, the 24-year-old striker is getting playing time in the Jupiler League, in the absence of good results with his team, currently 14th out of 16 in the league. Scorer for his first appearance, Billal did not score again after that but continued his starts (12 out of 14 possible) and the minutes spent on the field, enhancing his stats with two assists.
Youcef Atal (Al Sadd)
Persona non grata at the Gym since a publication that he relayed on social networks in October 2023 and for which he was sentenced for provoking hatred on the grounds of religion to eight months suspended prison sentence and a fine of 45,000 euros ( 1), the Algerian full-back then joined Adana Demirspor on a free basis last February. In the Turkish Süper Lig, Youcef Atal played 11 matches (1 goal, 1 assist) and found himself without a club at the end of the season.
In September, he reached an agreement with Al-Sadd, in Qatar, but only played 5 matches there, all in the Asian Champions League. Indeed, due to the quota of foreigners and his late signing, he is not qualified to play in the championship…

Alexis Beka Beka (libre)
Fourteen months after his suicide attempt, the 23-year-old has regained moral and physical health. “He has never been so close to joining a professional group” assured his physical trainer Parisian. Alexis, who has been training since September with the SM Caen reserve, could therefore soon bounce back.
