PSG has its big hit in the winter transfer window with the imminent signing of Khvicha Kvaratskhelia from Naples. The Georgian striker arrives in the capital for €75M, and if we are to believe the revelations in the Italian press, his salary should ultimately be higher than expected at PSG. Explanations.
It's no longer a secret for anyone, the PSG is preparing to formalize the transfer of Khvicha Kvaratskhelia (23 years old) from Naples for a total of €75M, bonus included. The Georgian striker, who was already targeted last summer, will therefore strengthen the offensive sector of Luis Enrique for the second part of the season. And Kvaratskhelia achieves a big gap in terms of salary by landing at PSG.
A first salary announced in France…
In recent hours, the French daily L'EQUIPE mentioned a net salary of between €7 and €7.5 million per year for Khvicha Kvaratskhelia with this signature PSG. But the Italian press has just revealed a much higher amount for the Georgian international.
…Italy is announcing much more!
Indeed, according to the Gazzetta dello Sport, Kvaratskhelia should actually receive €11M annually (bonus included) at PSG. The jackpot for him, given that his salary amounted to €1.8 million per year on the side of Naples. It remains to be seen who revealed the right figure for the new Parisian recruit.
