Despite a double course in Spanish/Communication, I decided to take control of my dreams by heading into journalism. With a master’s degree in sports journalism, I cover sports and football news with as much admiration for transfer periods, when a club must make crucial choices for next season.
For several days, PSG has accelerated in the Khvicha Kvaratskhelia file. While the Georgian absolutely wants to sign for the Parisian club, Paris is seeking an agreement with Naples for his transfer. This Sunday, Téléfoot revealed that the total amount of the latter should amount to €80M concerning the 23-year-old phenomenon.
The winter transfer window is coming to life on the PSG. If a left winger was the main priority of the Parisian leaders, they decided to return to the charge to Khvicha Kvaratskheliaalready established as a priority for Paris last summer. Now decided to separate from the Georgian, Naples therefore agreed to cede him this January, while for his part, the Neapolitan number 77 demanded his departure.
Kvaratskhelia wants to join Paris
“Kvaratskhelia asked Naples to be sold. I feel very disappointed, I spent six months trying to show him that something important could be done. And to work with the club with the aim of renewing his contract. Now, after six months, we are back to square one. Today he is a Napoli player. Tomorrow, the day after tomorrow or January 31st….. We’ll see. We cannot chain anyone: that would be counterproductive. He must know that this is a situation that he, his entourage and the club must resolve. If he stays, it’s good for him to know that I’m not opposed to anything. If he stays, he must give me 100% as he has done so far”revealed the Neapolitan coach Antonio Conte at a press conference this Saturday afternoon.
An €80M deal including bonus for PSG
What if the Team recently revealed that the transfer of the Georgian should cost between €75M and €90M, the PSG should pay less than that. Indeed, this Sunday morning, Téléfoot thus announced that Paris was going to drop €65M for Kvaratskheliawith bonuses that could increase the total cost of the operation up to €80M.
