According to 'The Uncheck', Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) would be determined to lift the release clause of 58 million euros to secure the services of Nico Williams this winter. The Parisian club intends to finalize this operation quickly in order to strengthen its squad for the second half of the season.
FC Barcelona, which initially seemed to be PSG's main rival in this matter, could be sidelined due to its delicate financial situation. The Catalan club is having difficulty registering players, as evidenced by the case of Dani Olmo, and would therefore not be able to make new recruits without a radical improvement in its economic situation.
Arsenal stay on course
