The Disciplinary Regulations of the LFP give authority to the Disciplinary Commission to impose sanctions in the event of non-execution of a decision against which no appeal is initiated. The Commission was contacted in this context by Mr. Kylian MBAPPE, following the decisions rendered by the Legal Commission and the Joint Appeals Commission.
Paris Saint-Germain having since taken the LFP to the Paris Judicial Court, with a view to obtaining the annulment of these two decisions, the Disciplinary Commission concluded that the referral made by Mr. Kylian MBAPPE was inadmissible.
