In a match with increasing tension in Montpellier (2-2), six Mastiffs were warned with a red card for Mitchel Bakker. And some could soon be suspended. Discover the LOSC disciplinary point at the end of the 13th day of Ligue 1.
Mitchel Bakker awaiting likely heavy sanction
He pulled out the pin to defend Bruno Genesio, and Mitchell Bakker should pay a high price. Logically excluded after having been very violent towards Tanguy Coulibaly – also expelled -, the Dutchman, a priori author of one or even several attempted punches according to the images broadcast in wide shot by DAZN, is at great risk during the next meeting of the LFP disciplinary committee, which will meet in the middle of the week to rule on his case and surely extend his suspension to several matches.
Alexsandro (47′) et Matias Fernandez-Pardo (89′) collected a yellow card which could also cost them dearly in the long term. Already warned against Rennes, the two Lille players are on probation and will be automatically suspended for one match in the event of a new yellow card. Thomas Meunier, Aïssa Mandi et Jonathan David are in the same situation. If they also received a yellow card at Mosson, Ngal'ayel Mukau, Remy Cabella et Hakon Haraldsson are on their first booking in LOSC's last ten Ligue 1 matches, and are therefore not under threat.
