Girondins de Bordeaux who find themselves in
National 2. The journalist returned to the fact that the club still seemed to be looking for a striker.
« It's true that Bruno Irles would still like a striker, that Bordeaux and John Williams have until January 31 to look for a possible striker but it seems complicated due to the fact that Bordeaux will have its payroll regulated. This is a decision by the DNCG for a mid-season point in quotes. The accounts have been validated but there is still this payroll. So finding a new attacker will be very complicated for the Girondins. I think we'll have to end like this. Will this be enough? That's the big question. »

« Andy Carroll, he hasn't been here for several games. He was notably suspended and left to rest for the Bressuire match in the Coupe de France. It's true that he's been training for almost three weeks without a match at the end. So it might be starting to get a little long for him. There is a good chance that he will be there to play the match in the 8th round of the Coupe de France, the last round before the Ligue 1 clubs enter the fray. It will be the 1/32nd finals which will therefore take place at the end December. »
