Lacking playing time since his arrival at Real Madrid, Endrick could be loaned out this winter. Several clubs are in the running.
Clearly, the debut in Spain is far from idyllic for the two attackers recruited this summer by Real Madrid. While Kylian Mbappé struggles to regain his best level, and does not appear fulfilled on the pitch or off it, Endrick is languishing on the bench.
The Brazilian, however, showed some glimpses of his talent, needing only a few minutes to score in his first appearance in La Liga, and in his first appearance in the Champions League. But his playing time remains poor: 56 minutes spread over 8 matches in La Liga, and 67 minutes in the Champions League where he had his only start. It was in Lille (Real's 1-0 defeat) on October 2, and since then Endrick has played even less (only one appearance), even though he is officially not injured.
Which club for Endrick?
At this stage of his career, the 18-year-old prodigy needs to play. And Real quite logically plans to lend him. Real Valladolid would be in the running, and AS Roma would be another possibility. Sport even adds the name of Southampton, poorly ranked in the Premier League, and which will need reinforcements this winter. The player will undoubtedly be consulted for the choice, and could very well decide to stay in Madrid to try to find a place in the Real attack.
