But PSG found itself blocked by Naples in the negotiations. The resident of Serie A demanded €130M for the Nigerian striker and refused to budge from their positions. The French champions then withdrew from the file, as did Chelsea. Victor Osimhen then remained at Naples after the closure of the transfer window in the major European championships, before being loaned to Galatasaray after a huge internal clash.
Naples will bite its fingers
The 25-year-old striker is expected to return to Italy at the end of the season. Naples should, however, look to sell it.
