Negotiations to bring the Nigerian striker to Manchester United could include a swap deal for Joshua Zirkzee. The Dutch international (23 years old, five caps) was relegated in the hierarchy of Red Devils attackers, with only four starts in 11 Premier League days.
A break clause in January?
After an endless soap opera, Osimhen ended up landing in Galatasaray on September 2. The former Lille player had notably been announced very close to signing for Chelsea and Al-Ahli, before these two transfers fell through. While the divorce was definitively recorded with Naples, the Italian club had found a way out for him in Türkiye.
According to The Atheltic, Osimhen has a break clause in January, which would allow him to leave Galatasaray in the winter transfer window in exchange for a sum of money for the Turkish club. The amount of this clause has not been leaked.
In the Galatasaray jersey, where he was welcomed like a rockstar, Osimhen scored eight goals in nine matches in all competitions, including two in the Europa League.
