Engaged in a good series, FC Annecy completely foiled this Friday, leaving with full suitcases during the thirteenth day of Ligue 2. The only satisfaction of the evening was called Trévis Dago.
It was an almost dream start to the season, to the point of being able to play the climb without going through the play-offs. Third (22 pts) after twelve Ligue 2 matches, only two small defeats, FC Annecy could hope to continue its march forward this Friday with a trip to the Stade Paul-Lignon in Rodez. However, this did not quite go as planned.
Before the kick-off was given, Pierre-Olivier Murat, president of Rodez Aveyron Football, announced an evening of goals and suffice to say that he was not wrong. His group destroyed the Annéciens who were forced to go for the leather five times in the bottom of their own nets. However, everything started well for them, who could rely on Trévis Dago. The Lille player took advantage of the suspension of Kapitbafan Djoco, the potential starter, to experience his second start and score his third goal this season. He managed to stand out in the open area to receive a long-range free kick and place a header into the side net (3′). Everything was perfect then, but the rest was far from being a cakewalk.
If FC Annecy had opportunities, some of them were notably offered by sharp calls from Trévis Dago who brought the entire defense with him, it was the locals who reduced the score on an own goal from Kashi (23′ ). The latter stunned the visitors by taking the advantage ten minutes before the break (Nkada 35'). The second half was then one-sided. The Annéciens were content with a sterile possession, incapable of creating the slightest danger, when Rodez AF was particularly sharp in transitions. It is thus, on this diagram, that Baldé (68′), Nkada (70′) and Bouchouari (76′) continued the local festival for a clear final victory (5-1). Trévis Dago, for his part, had left the pitch (66′) before his team was overwhelmed. It was then that everything changed. The latter still gains confidence and playing time on an individual level.
