Real Madrid will see some familiar faces on Tuesday evening when AC Milan visit the Santiago Bernabeu.
We are talking in particular about two former graduates of the training center, Alvaro Morata and Theo Hernandez. The former is not particularly popular with the home side due to his spells at rivals Atlético Madrid, while Theo Hernandez also spent some time there. It was, however, a direct transfer, which Real Madrid approved partly due to his private life.
During his time with Los Blancos, Theo failed to convince Zinedine Zidane to give him more minutes from Marcelo Viera, but the club had doubts about him off the pitch. Known for going out at night, an anonymous source describes Hernandez as “a headache”, and he also had some problems with his brother Lucas Hernandez, who was at Atlético.

Some of his antics were not well received by the Real Madrid hierarchy, says Relevo. He's not the only one who enjoyed a date night, but Theo tried to buy a white tiger for €4,000 and also celebrated his 20th birthday by hiring two little people for the party.
“I received a lot of insults and criticism. I had a reputation for being a bad boy and it's true that I did something stupid. But I have matured as a person and now I consider myself a playful, but calm guy,” he told GdS.
Hernandez has since become one of the stars of Serie A. After a €24 million transfer from Atlético, Hernandez then joined Milan in 2019 for €1.2 million less after just two years with the Colchoneros. Gifted with prodigal pace, Hernandez was also selected 34 times for the France team.
