Luis Enrique would have liked to see certain elements leave Paris Saint-Germain during the last transfer window, notably Milan Skriniar. Since his injury last season, he seems to have completely lost the confidence of his coach and this has been confirmed in recent months, with only three appearances in all competitions.
Sometimes things don't work out between a coach and a player. This is the case between Luis Enrique et Milan Skriniarwhich is clearly pushed towards the exit at PSG. The Slovakian has indeed become a fourth choice behind recent recruits such as Lucas Beraldo et Willian Pacho. The latter has also played five times as many minutes as him since the start of the season!
Skriniar could leave this summer
This problem could have been resolved during the last summer transfer window, with the formerInter who could have found the Serie A. The Italian press has in fact announced that the Juventus would have seriously thought about him to compensate for a possible sale of Bremerwhich would have been the subject of several offers from Premier League. Ultimately the Brazilian did not leave Turin and Skriniar remained at PSG.
Motta preferred to keep Bremer
This Thursday, La Gazzetta dello Sport gives us the reason for this failure… and it would quite simply be Thiago Motta ! One of the first stars of the project QSI would have in fact ruled out the idea of recruiting Milan Skriniar after having spoken at length with Bremer. He would have convinced him to reject the advances of the Premier League to stay at home Juventuswhich would therefore have derailed the plans of the PSG.
