A next hearing on November 18 in Nantes in the Sala affair

As a reminder, the Welsh club is demanding the astronomical sum of €120.2 million from the FCN in respect of “damage suffered”after the accidental disappearance of Emiliano Sala on January 21, 2019, during the crash of a small private plane in the English Channel. FC Nantes, which judges these requests “extravagant”must respond but complained of not obtaining all the documents necessary for its conclusions, pointing in particular to the refusal of the CCFC to send it documents linked to another procedure, initiated by the Welsh club in Great Britain against the Scottish agent Willie McKay, who was at the heart of this disastrous transfer. Hence the “incident” raised by the FCN and its lawyers three months ago.
