On October 2, Lille probably achieved the biggest feat in its history on the European scene by dominating Real Madrid at the Stade Pierre Mauroy (1-0) thanks to a penalty from Jonathan David. A meeting during which Edon Zhegrova was able to cross paths with a certain Kylian Mbappé, who entered for the last half hour of the meeting. If he had not flamboyated for his return to France, where his entry to the general bronca of the Lille public had not failed to challenge, the 2018 world champion nevertheless distinguished himself in a very beautiful way.
