Saturday evening, Juventus hosted Lazio in Serie A, a match for which Douglas Luiz started. But on returning home, in one of the most luxurious areas of the Piedmont capital, the player who arrived this summer from Aston Villa had the unpleasant surprise of discovering that he had been the victim of a burglary. The thugs had taken advantage of the absence of the Brazilian player, but also of his partner. Because the latter is none other than Alisha Lehmann, the Swiss international who also left Aston Villa in the last transfer window to sign with the Juventus women’s team, following her new companion.
Previously in a relationship with one of her Swiss teammates, the young woman has since turned to the Brazilian, and on Saturday evening, she left with the Juventus team for the highly anticipated match against the Inter girls. A meeting at the top of the women’s championship which ended in a draw (0-0) this Sunday. According to the Italian press, the highly publicized couple noticed the disappearance of eleven watches and several pieces of jewelry with a value that could exceed 500,000 euros. This is obviously not the first time in Italy that football stars have been targeted by burglars, the latter being very attentive to the calendar of different competitions. But by attacking the Douglas Luiz-Alisha Lehmann couple, they had two aces up their sleeve when it came time to take action. The police are investigating this incident, and hope to be able to prevent this type of always unpleasant event from happening again.
