Bored by several controversies at the moment, Kylian Mbappé still has to resolve his clash with PSG. A dispute opposes the two parties, the Real Madrid striker demanding €55 million which the capital club refuses to pay him. The Rouge-et-Bleu are sticking to an oral agreement made with the 25-year-old player. Justice could then end up taking charge of the case.
Kylian Mbappé and the PSGit’s not quite finished yet. If the 25-year-old signed free at Real Madrid this summer, a dispute would now oppose the native of Bondy to the Red-and-Blue. The French international is demanding €55m from PSGamount corresponding to his ethics bonus, his last three months of salary and the final part of his signing bonus which were not paid to him.
PSG refuses to pay €55M to Mbappé
The matter was therefore brought before the LFPwho issued a first favorable opinion to Kylian Mbappé by ordering the PSG to give him the €55M. But the decision did not please the capital club, which appealed. A hearing was therefore scheduled for this Tuesday to decide again. Whatever happens, the PSG would not intend to pay the amount to Kylian Mbappé.
The case soon to be taken to court?
For this reason, Relief indicates that justice could end up taking charge of the case. THE PSG would be willing to go that far. Parisian leaders still insist on the existence of an oral agreement with Kylian Mbappé passed in August 2023 concerning the €55M. The player himself admitted to having found common ground a few months ago. But in the absence of an official document attesting to this agreement, the new star of Real Madrid seems to have turned around. It now remains to be seen how this dispute will be resolved.
