The opening and closing ceremonies

The Paris 2024 Paralympic Games will kick off in style with an exceptional opening ceremony, scheduled for Wednesday, August 28. This event, which promises to be spectacular, will be broadcast live from 8:50 p.m. on France 2. France Télévisions, as the official broadcaster, will highlight this ceremony, which will take place in the heart of Paris, on the emblematic Place de la Concorde, with artistic performances and highlights celebrating the Paralympic spirit.

The closing ceremony will take place on Sunday, September 8 at the Stade de France and will be broadcast on France 2.

Sporting events

France Televisions: As the official broadcaster of the Games, France Télévisions will provide comprehensive coverage on its main channels. The competitions will be broadcast live every day, alternating between France 2 and France 3, with broadcasts from 9:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. In the evening, summaries of the day’s highlights will be offered.
