After three postponements, we now know the date of the hearing which will determine whether or not a dismissal of the case will be pronounced in the Jegou-Auradou case. The court is expected to rule on Monday, November 25.

Already postponed three times, the dismissal hearing in the Jegou-Auradou case should take place Monday, November 25 according to information from our colleagues at Parisian. While the courts were already due to rule, the hearing was postponed following a request from Natacha Romano, the plaintiff's lawyer. The latter wished to bring new elements to the file but this request was refused by Eleonora Arenas, the judge in charge of the case.

No November tour

As a reminder, the two players are still accused of aggravated gang rape. They recognize a sexual relationship but consensual and proclaim their innocence. Hugo Auradou then Oscar Jegou both returned to the field, the first a few weeks ago on the lawn of , the second this weekend at Marcel-Deflandre against Stade français. But neither will be able to wear the French team jersey for the fall tour which begins this Saturday against Japan (9:10 p.m.). The FFR had announced that they would not be selected until a dismissal was pronounced and the XV of played its last match on Friday, November 22 against Argentina, three days before the announcement of this possible dismissal.
