CA Brive was able to see the gap that separates it from the very high level of the Elite 2, swept away this Sunday afternoon, not without having performed poorly against a very big team from La Rochelle (6-41).
From the start of the match, the physical domination resulted in a territorial occupation of the Maritimes who were quick to open the scoring by Beaufils in force (8th). Dominated in all sectors, the Brivistes could not deploy a game and the rare times when they succeeded, they were systematically countered.
