Sean “Diddy” Combs, aka P. Diddy, has put his Beverly Hills estate up for sale for $61 million (€55 million).
Rumors that the hip-hop singer’s lavish home is officially on the market have been confirmed, according to Page Six.
The Beverly Hills property, which was raided by authorities in March as part of an investigation, is located in Los Angeles’ coveted “Platinum Triangle” along a stretch known as “Billionaire’s Row.” Its neighbors include Kylie Jenner and the famous Playboy mansion.
According to the listing seen by Page Six, “A grand cobblestone driveway leads to the completely remodeled property, which features classic European design elements. The property boasts a luxurious wood-paneled foyer with a sweeping staircase filled with natural light, as well as a grand living room, formal dining room, wine cellar, office and gourmet kitchen with a family room and separate catering kitchen.”
There is also a state-of-the-art theater that seats 35, as well as a two-story guest house with a large gym, recording studio and further guest rooms.
Outside, there are “extensive lawns, mature trees and formal gardens” surrounding a “resort-style swimming pool with waterfall and grotto, basketball court, spa and outdoor loggia equipped with barbecue, bar and pizza oven.”
P. Diddy bought the property ten years ago for $40 million (€36 million).
