Customers can easily enable the integration by securely connecting Deel and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, registering and authenticating the connection between the two platforms using a single API. This allows data to be automatically transferred between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Deel, so that payroll can be executed without having to switch between platforms.
This allows companies to directly enable employee onboarding and offboarding and make compensation changes from SAP. In addition, the integration can synchronize key employee data, local payroll fields, and banking data into a single overview. It also allows users to view vacation requests in Deel, synchronize PDF payrolls, enable one-time payments, and manage expense requests.
“IT stacks, and even business decisions, can quickly become complicated when critical employee data is separated. This separation can lead to administrative burdens, wasted time and inefficiencies, which translates into real costs for businesses. Deel is proud to partner with SAP to reduce these inefficiencies by streamlining employee and HR data into one place. HR leaders will have a more consolidated view of the health of their business to make better and faster decisions.”said Ryan Freeman, Head of Partnerships chez Deel.
The integration is now available for companies using SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Deel and is available in the SAP Store. The SAP Store provides a simplified and connected digital customer experience to find, test, buy and renew more than 2,300 solutions from SAP and its partners. Customers can find the SAP solutions and SAP-validated solutions they need to grow their business. In addition, for every purchase made through the SAP Store, SAP plants a tree. More information on how to enable the integration can be found here.
