The finalists of the “Star Academy” don't just have dreams of victory. During an interview on NRJ with Camille Combal, Ebony and Marine revealed with humor the object that they intend to take as a souvenir from the castle of Dammarie-les-Lys. A tradition among academics!
Memories at the castle of Dammarie-les-Lys are valuable. A few days before the final of the Star AcademyEbony and Marine, finalists of this edition, had left the scene temporarily to participate in their first interview outside of the adventure. Wednesday January 22, 2025, Camille Combal welcomed them to her live show on NRJ to talk about their adventure, but also about their recently unveiled single.

Between laughter and confidences, the host asked them a question that has become essential: do they plan to leave with an object from the castle, as many candidates before them have done? To this question, Marine answered bluntly, with a mischievous smile: “I plan to steal the same one as Héléna, me personally!“. An admission which provoked an amused reaction from Camille Combal: “Prepare a small budget, you will need a small Darty card for the Star Ac”. Ebony, the student who suffered racism on social networks, expressed her desire to take home a similar souvenir, even if it seems more complicated this year: “The one I wanted is broken…I'll think about it.”
The object coveted by the two finalists is none other than the famous Dyson hair dryerwhich became legendary after being “borrowed” by several candidates from previous editions.

-This is not the first time that this branded device has found itself at the center of attention. During the previous season, Héléna Bailly, semi-finalist, confessed live on the show Daily that she left with a Dyson straightener. Although she initially denied the facts, the interpreter of Bad boy finally took responsibility for this small discrepancy by explaining: “There were plenty, I could afford.”
But the Belgian singer is not the only one to have succumbed to temptation. Emma, eliminated earlier in the adventure, said she took a bowl personalized with her first name, while her friend Masséo did the same. These objects, whether emblematic or personal, symbolize for the candidates their passage in this place full of emotions. A few days before the grand final, Marine and Ebony seem determined to join the list of academicians who have taken a souvenir from the castle. This humorous wink shows to what extent this unique experience marks the participants, well beyond the competition.
