During sessions and strategic meetings, Mr. Zidane highlighted the major advances made by the Kingdom under the leadership of King Mohammed VI.
He also underlined the ambitions and advantages of Morocco to attract strategic investments, based on energy and digital transitions on a global scale, which open concrete perspectives for the country, noting that these twin transitions reinforce the position Morocco as a key player on the international economic scene and a model of sustainability and economic resilience.
During the forum, the Minister had a series of bilateral meetings with renowned decision -makers and investors, in order to promote the unique opportunities offered by Morocco as a privileged destination for global investment and trade.
Among the personalities met were the CEO of AP Moller – Maersk, Vincent Clerc, the CEO of Manchester United, Omar Berrada, the chairman of the board of directors of Siemens, Jim Hagemann Snabe, the CEO of the Deme group, Luc Vandenbulcke, the vice vice -Senior president of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Emea, Hiroshi Matsuda, and the Swiss Federal Minister of Economy, Guy Parmelin.
Strategic exchanges have also taken place with Morten Dyrholm, senior vice-president of Vestas Wind Systems, Jean-Pascal Tricoire, president of Schneider Electric, Ilham Kadri, CEO of Solvay, and Luc Rémont, CEO of the EDF group.
These discussions have made it possible to identify concrete collaboration perspectives in key sectors such as renewable energies, infrastructure and advanced technologies.

Among the leaders who made the trip to Davos, Ursula von der Leyen, president of the European Commission, Ding Xuexiang, Chinese Deputy Prime Minister, Olaf Scholz, German Federal Chancellor, Javier Milei, Argentinian president, Pedro Sánchez, Spanish Prime Minister , among other leaders, thus leaders of several international organizations, including the Secretary General of the United Nations, António Guterres.
