He proposed reviewing an agreement dating from 2013 which exempts holders of diplomatic or service passports between the two countries from short-stay visas.
The minister wants “touching Algerians who have an intention of humiliation” towards France. “This 2013 facility must be removed. Algeria must respect France, France must respect Algeria”, he further declared.
