According to insider TheGhostOfHope, specialized in leaks concerning Call of DutyMicrosoft is reportedly preparing its new console and the latter is scheduled to be released in 2026. Still according to the insider, the new generation of Xbox would be an open secret in the video game industry, as the entire sector would be already aware. For the moment, the insider is not able to confirm whether the name “Xbox Prime” is that of the console or the code name, as Project Scorpio was at the time.
In any case, if the information turns out to be true, there is a good chance that we will be able to find out more soon. TheGhostOfHope confirms in any case that the next game Call of Duty should be a launch game, suggesting that the console would already be scheduled for November 2026.
