Digital transition: Launch of an AMI for the JobInTech program

A call for expressions of interest has been launched as part of the strategy “Digital Morocco 2030” to select training operators responsible for deploying the program “JobInTech”. The objective is to train 15,000 digital talents by 2026 in all regions of the Kingdom. This initiative is supported by the Ministry of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform, in partnership with the Ministry of Economy and Finance, Caisse de Dépôt et de Gestion (CDG) and Maroc Numeric Cluster (MNC) .

The program aims to offer training adapted to the needs of the job market, favoring innovative methods such as “learning by doing”. These intensive courses, inspired by the model bootcampmainly target graduates and professionals in retraining. Areas covered include software development, cybersecurity, data analytics, SAP technologies, Salesforce and artificial intelligence.

After a successful pilot phase between June 2023 and June 2024, which made it possible to train 1,000 learners on the Casablanca-Rabat axis, “JobInTech” intends to expand its impact nationally. The selected operators will be responsible for designing and deploying the programs, selecting the beneficiaries and facilitating their professional integration.

Interested candidates are invited to submit their files in French via the official program platform: https://JobInTech.academy/appel-a-manifestation-dinteret/. This initiative is part of the government’s vision for an inclusive and sustainable digital transition, thus strengthening the employability of young people and Morocco’s competitiveness on the global technological scene.
