The minister added that the Family Code provides for the obligation to undertake an attempt at reconciliation between the spouses, citing the institutions, entities and people from whom the judge can request assistance to help him undertake reconciliation between the spouses. .
This is an essential procedure in family justice that the legislator has entrusted to the judge as part of his responsibilities, underlined Mr. Ouahbi.
