This time, it is another brand located in Bruguières (Haute-Garonne), which is launching a recall of its foie gras on the government website Rappel conso.
This is vacuum-packed semi-cooked duck foie gras from the Marquisat plus brand. The batch concerned is identified under the number 247R340IZ, with a use-by date of December 19, 2024. The product was sold in the Marquisat boutique in Bruguières between November 19 and November 27.
It is recalled for a risk of contamination with listeria monocytogenes (agent responsible for listeriosis).
