Le spot (visible from 51e minute) celebrates the footballing heritage of the host countries, while highlighting their cultural assets. It also reflects the spirit of unity and cooperation of the “Yalla Vamos” project, uniting two continents around the universal language of sport.
In this carefully scripted spot, Figo, Naybet and Llorente appear as ambassadors of the spirit of cooperation which underlies the “Yalla Vamos” project. The footage alternates between historic match footage, scenes showing state-of-the-art stadiums, and iconic cultural and tourism landscapes: from the vibrant medinas of Morocco to the historic squares of Spain, to the spectacular cliffs of Portugal.
This advertising spot announces an edition of the World Cup which will be historic in several respects: it is the first time that Morocco will co-organize the event, marking a major step for the African continent after the 2010 edition in Africa South, and the first time that three continents will be directly involved in the same organization, since the first three opening matches will be held in three Latin American countries: Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay.
