The starters for Quinté+ this Sunday, December 1st
FINALE DU GRAND NATIONAL DU TROTSUNDAY 01 DECEMBER
PARIS-Vincennes – 2850 METERS – DEPARTURE: 3:15 p.m.
My favorites
11 – Ino du Lupin : The protégé of Jean-Paul Marmion showed during his last two outings that he had returned to his top level. Recently in the Prix du Languedoc, at Vincennes, the one who has a lot of background was only launched at the entrance to the straight line and finished in a pleasant action to take second place, behind It’s A Dollarmaker (13). Even if he has to give 25 meters to very good horses, he is capable of winning.
1 – Iroise de la Noé : This mare trained by Thomas Levesque was one of the best females of her generation in the past. Away from the slopes for a year, due to health problems, she certainly made the trip to Saint-Galmier, with a view to this Final, before obtaining two second places. Barefoot and entrusted to the very fit Mathieu Mottier, she is able to play the leading roles.
13 – It’s A Dollarmaker : The resident of Sébastien Guarato has just won brilliantly in the Prix du Languedoc, at Vincennes, ahead of Ino du Lupin (13). He can roll from afar but can also come at others when the race is rhythmic. Once again associated with Eric Raffin, he is one of the contenders for success.
2 – Illusion Jipad : During its penultimate outing on the Parisian dirt, the representative of Pascal Lelièvre won brilliantly, without having needed to activate the descending blinders. The next time, still in the Trot temple, she was unable to fully express herself, even though she seemed to have resources. If she benefits from an economic background, she can play spoilsport.
8 – Iguski Sautonne : The advantage of Matthieu Abrivard three victories remain, the last of which were obtained in the GNT stages in Saint-Galmier then Toulouse. It runs a little close together but is very well engaged here at the limit of falling back. Endowed with a good burst of final speed, he has the means to play a good role, despite strong opposition.
9 – Igrec de Celland : With the absence ofIbiki de Houelle In this Final, the spearhead of Christophe Jariel’s team is assured of having won the general classification of the 2024 Grand National du Trot, he who especially shone at the start of the season in the circuit. He has no margin at the second level and seems less effective on the long track, but will still give his best. By “grazing the walls”, he can slip to the finish and end the tournament in good style.
