This Monday, July 1, 2024, in addition to the results of the legislative elections which are largely at the heart of the news, there was another event that interested more than one person: the middle school diploma.

Between July 1 and 2, more than 850,000 candidates actually take the exams counting towards the national brevet diploma. And this Monday, two subjects were on the program: French in the morning and mathematics in the afternoon.

The middle school students thus found themselves having to tackle a test that frightens more than one of them: the dictation ! It was based on an excerpt from The Officers’ Roomby Marc Dugain, published in 1999.

New brevet tests Tuesday July 2

On Tuesday, July 2, new tests await middle school students, namely:

  • History-geography and moral and civic education, in the morning, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.;
  • Physical sciences, SVT and technology, in the afternoon, from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.;

The results of the brevet exams will be available here on -.frupon their official publication, between July 10 and 12, 2024depending on the academies.
