According to the weather forecasts of the National Agency of Civil Aviation and Meteorology (ANACIM), this Monday will be marked by moderate to weak rain and storm activities, with locally strong intensities in certain regions of Senegal.

Rainfall will be mainly concentrated in the South of the country, from Kédougou to Cap-Skirring, as well as in the East (notably Tambacounda and surrounding areas) and the South-Central (Kaffrine, Kaolack, Fatick). Late tonight and during the morning of tomorrow, extensions of light rain are expected in the West-Central part, including the regions of Diourbel, Thiès and Dakar.

In contrast, the northern regions will experience predominantly cloudy weather, with little or no precipitation expected. Despite a slight drop in temperatures, the heat will remain noticeable across the territory, particularly in the eastern and northeastern regions, where maximum temperatures will vary between 35 and 41°C.

Visibility conditions will be generally good throughout the day. Winds, from the West to South-West, will be light to moderate, not expected to cause major disturbances.
