This photo has not been subject to any editing, manipulation or even a special effect to create or amplify the shape. In other words, I did not touch the objects in the room to form this shadow (even if I cannot prove this)
It’s a simple but authentic photo and it reflects a truth, a reality of a moment. A moment when the chance of the lights chose to form a heart…
This photo will not create a buzz because it is too simple, not spectacular enough, not exceptional enough, not violent enough, not despicable enough or even not stupid enough…But this photo has the immense advantage of being true, of being authentic…and it is not the result of manipulation or optical editing…None of that, just the chance of the right moment! No doubt if I had passed a few minutes later, the shape would have changed…
Fake news or fake content is a hit on the internet!
It’s the complete opposite of what currently works on the internet: the false, the manipulation of reality, the transformation of the truth…Fake news, something bogus, fake content, spreads 6 to 7 times faster on the internet. This has been demonstrated for many years…
All this for what? A fleeting moment of digital glory? A moment of glory that most authors won’t even benefit from financially. It is social networks that reap most of the profits from buzz. Therefore you are, we are, only their digital slaves version 2.0. But what does the Human Rights Court think? Not much because we don’t tackle GAFA so easily!
Distorting digital realitythis has existed for a while via photon filters, a boon for influencers and especially influences whose business is often based on deception. But since everyone has access to generative artificial intelligence, the possibility of distorting reality has exploded!
Cheating and manipulation were obviously not born with the internet, but they have become much more accessible… Do you think that trolls would talk like they do on the internet in front of a real person at a cafe with a real risk of taking a very real slap? In addition to deception, social networks and the social internet also boost cowardice…
But why is this a problem?
Because obviously that diminishes the value of what is true, what is real, what is authentic! In short, what is not manipulated or false!
Except that, well, social media algorithms have very little to do with the truth, with reality. Even if in their official press releases they claim the opposite and fight against it… they are lying, they are lying to you. All algorithms want is to keep your brain connected to their tools for as long as possible. Some people spoke at the time of brain time available to sell advertisements on TV. Do you remember?
So between a true austere reality and a false fantasized reality the algorithm will quickly have made its choice: he will push forward the lie…
And there, it will quickly become dangerous since falsehood, lies, corruption will come before truth, facts and honesty.
Truth and reality are no longer popular on social networks where honesty no longer pays.

We must believe that the developers of Social Networks and Artificial Intelligence algorithms did not have a mother as caring as mine?

It is time to at least ask ourselves the question: do we want to tolerate a society of lies and manipulation where intellectual corruption will pay more than honesty and human work?
