This Wednesday, November 20, 2024, seven employees of the Michelin site in (Maine-et-) received a summons to the court. According to the employees concerned, this would be a “referral on facts that took place during the blockage” of the factory.

Since the announcement of the closure of the Michelin site in Cholet (Maine-et-Loire), on November 5, 2024, employees have organized the blocking of the factory using tires. Nothing comes in or out of the company. This Wednesday, November 20, 2024, Michelin employees received a court summons for a hearing scheduled for this Friday, November 22, at 9 a.m., in Angers.
