HEARING REPORT – During this last week of interrogations, press correspondent and former president of the “Junior Economic Chamber of Grand Avignon” Nicolas F. answered questions from the Vaucluse criminal court.
A notch above in horror. Early this Monday, November 18, the Vaucluse criminal court heard Nicolas F. Aged 43, the accused is an independent journalist, former employee of the Avignon town hall and ex-president of the “Junior Economic Chamber of Grand Avignon” .
At the start of the trial, he had gotten into the habit of mingling with journalists at the entrance to the courtroom. This allowed him, in particular, to escape the cameras. Today, facing the Vaucluse criminal court, there is no possible confusion: Nicolas F., accused of “aggravated rape” on Gisèle Pelicot, but also “possession of images of a minor of a pornographic nature”had to answer for his actions. Shaved head, rectangular glasses placed on the tip of his nose, white shirt and royal blue sweater with elbow patches, he stands straight.
