The Moroccan Commercial and Financial Holding SA (Holmarcom SA) has directly crossed downwards the 10% participation threshold in the capital of AtlantaSanad, announces the Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC).

“Holding Marocaine Commerciale et Financière SA (Holmarcom SA) declared that it sold on the block market, on November 5, 2024, 3,556,732 AtlantaSanad shares at a unit price of 120 dirhams, thus crossing directly downwards the participation threshold of 10% in the capital of the said company,” indicates the AMMC in a press release.

Following this transaction, Holmarcom SA declares that it directly holds 3,139,697 shares representing 5.21% of the capital of AtlantaSanad and indirectly 33,712,970 shares representing 55.92% of the capital of said company, through its subsidiary Holmarcom Insurance Activities SA, specifies the same source.

Thus, the total, direct and indirect participation of Holmarcom SA in the capital of AtlantaSanad is 61.13%, reports the AMMC.

In the six months following the crossing of the aforementioned threshold, Holmarcom SA, which declares to act in concert with Holmarcom Insurance Activities SA, plans to stop its sales of the AtlantaSanad stock.
