Since this Wednesday, November 6, the film directed by the Frenchwoman Coralie Fargeat has been screened in cinemas and the inhabitants of the Aubrac plateau will have noted a beautiful tribute, since it is the Hollywood star Demi Moore herself who is trying her hand at to the aligot recipe!

Recently, the recipe based on fresh Aubrac tome and potatoes was highlighted in the series l'Éclipse filmed in Bozouls, but in Laguiole, at least at Jeune montagne, we do not remember a wink in an international film awarded at Cannes. Note that the cooperative discovered this wink following our call, this Friday, November 8, so perhaps an aligot master is hiding among the film team!
