They have an image of bottles in the sea, which we send at random and without much hope. And yet, it can happen that spontaneous applications are drafted. In any case, this is what the white paper shows THE Recruitment practices, published at the end of October by the consulting firm Von Rundstedt in collaboration with HR Today.

Thus, 83% of employers are open to the idea of ​​evaluating these applications internally. For around half of the companies (53%), the monitoring rate is between 1 and 10%, and for 20%, it even reaches 11 to 25%. On average, the probability that a spontaneous application will be successful is 16.5%.
