The guide also included Quartz (14/20) in its 2025 ranking, giving it the title of “remarkable novelty of the year” while the restaurant Au Repos De La Montagne (Uccle) obtained the “pleasure prize” of the year for Brussels. Finally, the Brussels discovery of the year goes to the Babam restaurant (13/20), located in Watermael-Boitsfort.
Many new addresses – or revivals – are also included in the guide. Finally, note that the title of chef of the year 2025 was awarded to Glenn Verhasselt and his Restaurant Sir Kwinten located in Flemish Brabant, in Lennik precisely. “Glenn is without a doubt one of the best of his generation.
